How many seats are included?
The studio plan starts with 3 seats (owner + 2 trainers). Additional seats can be added individually.
Can we add our own exercises to the library?
Yes. Every studio can create custom exercises that are only visible to studio members.
What happens when a teacher leaves the studio?
The owner can revoke access immediately. Plans and client data stay with the studio.
Can I reject plans as a head trainer?
Yes. The review workflow allows approval, comments and rejection with a reason.
Is data separated between studios?
Yes, completely. Every studio is an isolated organisation. No data is shared.
How does billing work?
Everything is free during Phase 1. From Phase 2, billing is per seat, monthly or annually.
